Amateur Bakers and Semi-Pro
We are encouraging amateur home bakers to enter their recipes although "semi-pros" may qualify under the following circumstance.
Semi-Pro: Professionals enter if they receive less than 50% of their annual income derived as a food service professional. Semi-Pro: Professionals may enter if they receive less than 50% of their annual income derived as a food service professional. "Professional Chef”, or food service professional, is defined by a career, for example: chefs, food writers, food home economists, food educators, paid food bloggers or someone who creates recipes for pay.
Eligible bakers include enrollees or graduates at a culinary school/program.
All recipes must be home-baked however.
Contests are based on one individual person entering and participating. Recipe partners, organizations or other groups cannot enter recipes together.
Who May Not Enter: Employees or relatives of any of the following: Amazing Scone Baking Race, Tea Trade Mart or Title Sponsors.
